Dr. Gina Guillaume’s first book, Prescriptions & Prayers: Healing from Childhood Trauma and Guidance for First-Generation Minority Medical Students. A sensational memoir that highlights the path of a Haitian-Bahamian first generation doctor to guide other future doctors of color while tackling the intersection of faith and healing from childhood trauma.

Sarah Love, author of Everyday Love, Sarah Love McCoy, author of Every. Day. Love. 365 days to uplift your heart, inspire your mind, and bring joy to your life in challenging times. Based on the messages of the I Stand For Love Calendar, this book explores ways to build self-kindness and create courageous connection. Designed to help deep dive into a life with more meaning and magic, one day at a time.

Dr. S Renee Mitchell  is best described as a Creative Revolutionist™, which includes being a published author of several plays and at least five books, including a rhyming children's book about bullying, several poetry books, and a riveting  novel about domestic violence, titled "Tangoing With Tornadoes.".  Her latest book is titled "Trauma-Ties: How A Life Perforated With Pain Poetically Led Me To My Purpose." It includes her riveting life story, a separate companion poetry book and a journal to help readers process the insights intended to also help them heal from their own inter-generational traumatic wounds.

Brenda Morgan - Artist Statement:

“I am a self-taught artist based in Portland, Oregon. Painting is both my daily practice and my way of exploring the inexpressible, where joy, healing, and discovery meet on a selected surface.

Working primarily with richly pigmented inks and watercolor, fluid movement is guided using water, alcohol, and air. This process creates organic forms and unexpected details that reflect the natural beauty of the Pacific Northwest, the Northeastern Seaboard where I was raised, and the inner landscapes of the human heart.

Each original design is an exploration of emotion, memory, and place. My hope is that my creations resonate with viewers, offering both beauty, reflection and connection.”
