Jennifer Poole, MA is an Existential Wellness Coach and non-religious Spiritual Director. Existential wellness coaching explores how physical, social, psychological and spiritual well-being are tied to our sense of purpose and meaning in our lives. Existential wellness coaching and spiritual direction support clients as they confront life’s fundamental questions, and help them develop spiritual practices and strategies for living with greater awareness and intention. 
> Embodying inner peace begins with regulating your nervous system. 
> Two specific tools to address emotional dysregulation as it is happening. 
> Thought patterns which generate more emotional reactivity,  as well as how to gradually shift those thought patterns to reduce stress and build more emotional resilience.

LaTosha Wilson is a Visionary Architect and wellness leader who serves people who serve people by helping them understand how their body WERKs and how to create sustainable habits that support their health, energy, and overall well-being. As the creator of The TABS Method, she teaches a simple, practical approach to transformation by helping individuals think different, act different, become different, and see the difference in how they feel and function daily.

Her work focuses on aligning mindset, daily habits, and physical wellness so people can stop starting over and begin experiencing consistent results.

> Think Different: Learn how your current patterns around health, food, and habits may be keeping you stuck and how to shift your mindset to support real change.
> Act Different: Discover simple, sustainable wellness practices that support your body without overwhelm, including how to build consistency without starting over.
