Helen Daltoso
Academy Advisor

Helen Daltoso is an arts + culture + service leader and advocate. She supports community revitalization by guiding individuals, organizations and businesses in enacting value-based decision making, generating fresh ideas and programs, developing a culture of service and adaptability, and planning for courageous action. Helen has always worked in roles where customer/client/constituent service is the primary skill necessary for success on the job. She is a skilled listener who strives to center people over systems.

Rozalind Darby, BA Healthcare Admin. & Nationally Certified Legal Guardian
Academy Advisor

Rozalind is an alum of Warner Pacific University and has worked in public service for the Internal Revenue as a Tax Law Representative and in Criminal Investigations. She served under several judges for Multnomah County Circuit Court as a Judicial Assistant, and in Federal Court as a Jury Administrator. She now serves elderly and incapacitated adults as a legal guardian working in the capacity of Deputy Public Guardian & Conservator.

Christiane Fitzgerald, MIB, SHRM-SCP

Christiane Fitzgerald is a passionate advocate for equity, empowerment, and systems change, with over a decade of experience driving strategic initiatives across government, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. As a Strategic Initiatives Policy Analyst at a local public agency, she has led transformative projects that improve organizational culture, workforce equity, and leadership pathways—particularly for women, communities of color, and individuals with disabilities.

Sarah Reynolds, MScN
Academy Advisor

With more than 25 years of experience in the non-profit sector, Sarah has built her career in the fields of education, social service, and health care. She has a depth of expertise in fundraising, non-profit management, program and project management, strategic operations, and developing relationships with community-based organizations through a people-first approach.

Sarah Murali
Associate

Sarah Murali is charged with coordinating and leveling up processes, systems and communication. With well over a decade of experience in the non-profit sector, Sarah loves streamlining systems, putting big ideas into words, and most of all, supporting work that makes our communities stronger. She spends the rest of her time trying to exhaust the endless energy of her three young children (so far without success).
