She equips individuals, organizations, and businesses with tools to move from surviving to thriving through intentional lifestyle practices that reduce stress, prevent burnout, build resilience, and support sustainable well-being.

She is a supporter of the integrative medicine model, which allows individuals to work with every healing tradition - using the best that each has to offer.

Zhou Fang is an intersectionality practitioner and an abundance mindset teacher. She provides guidance for folks who strive to live a life filled with purpose, joy, care, and love. In teaching the Abundance Mindset, Zhou combines envisioning, imagining, and dreaming with practical, everyday tools such as slowing down, rest, breathing, and village building. This session is designed to be curious and interactive.
